We cannot accept returns of products supplied due to their nature. This is to ensure the integrity and quality of the products supplied by Pharmagrade.store are preserved at all times.

In agreeing to Pharmagrade.store’s Terms and Conditions, you are confirming that you are fully aware and understand that: –

• any use of the products is to be in accordance with the Terms set out herein;
• you are assuming full responsibility for the destination of the Country’s laws and regulations regarding the delivery and use of the products;
• you are fully aware of the health, safety and other risks involved with the handling and use of the products
• you understand the health and safety information provided in these Terms and Conditions.

Pharmagrade.store reserves the right to deny sales, where it is believed a customer is not 21 years of age or over or where it is believed the purchase of products is not for its intended use. Pharmagrade is in no way liable for any incidental or consequential damage caused to a customer in any claim in law whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise.

In purchasing products from Pharmagrade.store, the customer agrees to indemnify  Pharmagrade.store from all claims, expenses, losses and liability of any type whatsoever arising and including but not limited to the customer’s handling, possession, or use of any product either singularly or in conjunction with any other substance. Pharmagrade.store reserves the right to deny any customer sales where this is not specifically agreed.
